Some of our self storage locations offer inside and/or outside storage where you can store boats, RVs, trucks, trailers, motorcycles and cars. But this is not a standard offering at all locations. Find the closest location to see if the service is available. The vehicle must be drivable and we require a copy of your insurance and the registration or title.

Our pricing is very competitive and specials are not always necessary to offer you the best deal available. However, based on availability, we do offer rent specials, move in discounts and we always offer one free month if rent is paid one year in advance.
While your items are in storage they are not covered by the storage location for loss or damage. We strongly recommend that all customers take advantage of the insurance offered at the location. Do not assume any of your existing policies will automatically cover your items in storage. Check with your insurance agent regarding your homeowners or renters policy coverage.
All of our facilities (except Powers Drive) offer a free truck for use during move-in. Once you have identified a specific facility, we recommend contacting the facility directly to arrange the use of our free truck. Contact information is available online once you select a facility.
Yes, all of our self storage locations have a complete inventory of packing and moving supplies. Please check out our website under Amenities / Storage Supplies for a comprehensive list.
We sell them on-site or you may bring your own lock. We recommend the "disc lock" for enhanced security.
You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Also, no food or perishable items can be stored in our spaces. If in doubt of what can be stored in our spaces, please ask the property manager. Examples of items that cannot be stored are: ammunition, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, food, produce, plants, fireworks, etc.
Use high quality moving boxes designed for your move as opposed to recycled grocery cartons. We offer a full range of moving boxes at all of our locations.
All facilities that have inside units with access through a hallway maintain an inventory of "push carts" that may be used free of charge.
Yes, we are glad to accept deliveries for you as long as we have your authorization on file.
Air Conditioning is a feature that we offer at all of our facilities. Our air conditioned units maintain a temperature of 50 to 80 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures and reduce humidity.
We do not charge a deposit fee, but we do charge a small administration fee.
No, your lease is on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum of one month.
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance; to help you plan ahead.
We strive to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month, but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. In addition, we also offer Auto Pay which allows us to automatically charge your MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month.
We take great pride in protecting your belongings and strive to provide state of-the-art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, individual door alarms and personal locks (available for purchase). These features vary by location, so contact the Store Manager for details about a specific location.
All of our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
The office hours are the hours of operation for the rental office. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours during which you can access your unit.
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5, or 25 square feet, to 10x40, or 400 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility that gives you the ability to load / unload your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
