I know that all too often it seems like members of management only hear negative things about their employees. I'd like to take a moment to provide you with some positive feedback regarding your property manager Theresa Shriver. While I'm sure it will not be a surprise to hear me share what an outstanding professional Theresa is, I think it's important to recognize those who go above and beyond!
From the minute my husband and I communicated with her over the phone, she was more than accommodating. When we showed up on Christmas Eve, we were very pleased to discover it was the Theresa from the storage facility we had at the time! In fact, we often talked about how the only person we connected with at the other facility was Theresa.
Needless to say, it was great to see her. As always, she was dedicated to making sure we found a solution that fit our needs at this time. Her genuine interest in us as people and her professionalism is an invaluable asset to American Stor-All.
We are going to miss her a lot while she is assigned to a different property, but will enjoy working with Mary as well, who has been very nice and assisted us with our actual move in. However, please make sure we get Theresa back soon! Keep up the great customer service! :D - Cristina W.
